There is some wear and discolouration between the links, but there are no obvious areas of significant thinning. The chain moves well with noticeable stiff points. There is no obvious evidence of soldering or repair work. Both clips function, but are a little stiff; the dog clip is not closing fully so this may require attention. Each link is stamped '15', '.625' with many being rubbed/illegible, the central link is hallmarked for Chester and possibly 1926, though the date letter is slightly indistinguishable.
