There is no evidence of any significant repair work, the metal does display some marking/scratching with the gilt having worn on the plinth and likely the greyhound. The bloodstone displays some minor chipping/nibbling to the edges in places, but the seal remains vacant. The fob is unmarked.
The box is in fair condition, the hinge functions but the clasp does not. The fitted interior is clean, there is a large sticky label to the top of the box's exterior which will likely have caused damage to the covering.
