the 35cm brass dial with subsidiary seconds dial, later spandrels, the patched over calendar dial engraved ‘Keep me clean, use me well, and I to you the truth will tell’, to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in probably associated ‘North Country’ style case, with scrolled cornice and spiralled pillars to hood, gadrooned and inlaid trunk, on bracket feet, 237cm high

This clock appears to be a marriage, with the movement (itself patched to dial) supported by later cheeks. 

The case has some veneer loss and damage and the patch to dial is cracked to metal
