The lamp would require some restoration. There are some surface marks and light areas of scratching apparent to the bronze. Some rubbing marks to the arms and the bottom finial. It appears the colza elements/sconces are slightly rusted and would need straightening/realigning. The canopoy does not sit straight as it currently hangs.
