Note: the cataloguing has been amended, the ewer is Japanese Arita porcelain, possibly 17th century.
The sauce boat is broken and reglued. Cracked and chipped to the handle. Fritting to the edges. Painted '3' to the underside.
Ewer has a cracked at the top of the handle and where the spout joins the body. There is wear to the top rim. The handle has a hole in the top, perhaps a missing element. Wear to the foot. Crazing to the glaze throughout.
