late 19th/early 20th Century, decorated with a pair of dragons chasing the flaming pearl, on a black ground, 10cm high x 16cm diameter, together with an associated huanghali circular stand, 16.5cm diameter (2)

Provenance: The Estate of the late John Rollo Somerset-Paddon, formerly of Chalk Newton House, Maiden Newton, Dorset, thence by descent.

The cloisonné bowl has very slight enamel wear, as do the brass the rims. There is a dent/loss to the foot. Small marks to the body. 

The stand is slightly cracked at the edge. Wear to the feet.
