The desk is largely sturdy, there is some movement side to side. The top lifts slightly away from the back. The writing surface is marked, scratched and frayed at the edges. There are surface marks and signs of wear to the walnut. One of the castors is missing its wheel. There are numerous splits around the top edge. The colour is slightly faded. Very little evidence of worm.
