Frances Cromwell Neville-Grenville, born Frances Cromwell Frankland, was the daughter of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams. She married Claud Neville-Grenville, son of Ralph Neville-Grenville and Julia Roberta Frankland-Russell, on 12 June 1897. She died on 9 April 1959.
