early 18th century and later, the upper section with moulded cornice over a cushion moulded frieze drawer, (below a burr walnut and herringbone crossbanded fall front opens to a leather inset writing surface and a series of short drawers,) pigeon holes and a central cupboard, the bottom section has two short and two long drawers, similarly crossbanded, on shaped bracket feet, 161cm high x 115cm wide x 51cm deep

There are numerous losses to the veneer and moulding. Evidence of worm. Fading and splitting to veneer at the facade. Back panels likely replaced. Handles replaced. Feet have also been adapted. Fair wear considering age and use.
