Condition G.V.F. (edge bruising, which doesn't affect the naming)

Hill was born in 1864, he enlisted on 25th August, 1886, joining the Royal Welch Fusiliers. He served in the Hazara 1891 Expedition with the 1st Bn and was awarded the IGS.
