with a gold-coloured metal top, chased and repoussé with a putto, figures and a hound amidst scrollwork, 105cm long; and a George III novelty walking stick in brass and horn, unscrewing to form a telescope, the horn lower section with spiral-turning, the cap engraved within a ribbon “CLARIOR ABIS INTUITU” and with an inscription around the rim, 91cm long (2)

There is serious denting to the novelty cane, which has distorted the shape of the shaft..  Please note the metal is simulated to resemble horn.

The malacca on the other cane is discoloured and worn, the ferrule is dented as is the top with the putti
