The tobacco box has scratches throughout and conchoidal fractures where the silver plaque has been applied.

The silver edging is dented in places. The silver is also with marks. 


The bowl of the toddy is repaired and scratched, as is the handle where there are nibbles to the material


The inlaid stand is scratched and has a large chip and missing section.

There are scratches to the surfaces and marks commensurate with age
