In good country house condition.  The canvas with an old re-lining to which is attached an old label inscribed "Private Property". There is minor retouching associated with the re-lining and some areas of discolouration visible in the varnish in the sky (top left quartile).

The 19th century frame is in good country house condition with very minor losses and discolouration to the gilding.
