Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

Of good country house condition, and of rich deep colour. Please note there are cracks on most paddles along the inherent wood grains.

There are minor surface marks, minor chips and wear especially to the edges and blades of the paddles commensurate with age and purpose. The pommels appear to be in good overall condition.

The paddle with circular piercings for cords has a split to the blade but this does not run through to the other side and may be inherent to the wood itself.
