Estimate: £500 - £1,000
Hammer price: £900
Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

This pot has some denting/misshaping to the rim, causing the lid not to fit flush with the body.

The wooden handle appears later and there is a screw fixing the base to body.

The foot rim is damaged, dented and soldered and the base has a scored line across the scratch weight and presentation inscription.

The hallmarks are very rubbed.
