early 19th century, of Neoclassical design, with twin snake handles, the body gilded with eagle and hand ornament, on three ormolu paw feet and inswept Carrera marble base, previously converted to electricity, 39cm high to the top of electrical fitment
Largely the lamp is in good condition, there is minor wear to the decoration and slight tarnishing to the gilt metal mounts. Has previously been fitted for electricity.
