The necklace is in fair condition, there is evidence of splitting to the chain links in places as well as some damage to the tassels. There is some evidence of repair work in places, as well as solder: it is likely that the necklace has been made up from several different pieces as there is some variation to the gold colours (particularly jump rings). The heart slider displays some surface scratching, but there is no evidence of denting. The turquoise beads are likely a later replacement to the original stones and there is some bending to the setting evident.
