The ring is in very good condition, with very little sign of wear and no signs of repair/damage. The amethyst has good depth of colour and displays no obvious chipping/nibbling or abrasion to the facets. It appears to be securely set with all claws being present. There is no evidence of thinning or resizing to the band.
