James Noble (1910-1989) was born in Hounslow on 25th April, 1919 and in his later years lived at Peacehaven, East Sussex. He studied at Regent Street Polytechnic from 1946 until 1948 and was also known as Ernest A Holloway. He painted portraits, still life and flowers, exhibiting at the Royal Academy, RBA, R.P, ROI and NS.
