This settle has areas of historic damage and alterations commensurate with age and use.
The seat has an old crack and there is some splitting to top.
The two base planks to reverse appear to be later and there is some wood rot to the bottom.
The right lower side is lacking a section of moulding.
Handles replaced to cupboard doors.
Some evidence of past wood worm to base.
