The pendant is in very good condition with no signs of damage, wear or repair. The bloodstone is in excellent condition with no signs of chips or abrasions. The stone has a dark hue of green with a good splattering of iron oxide inclusions (orangish red) throughout the stone. One inclusion is more orange than the others to the centre of the stone. The stone is held securely in its setting. The gold is in good condition with only light scratches throughout, commensurate with age.
