Plate 1 - bookworm damage to central bottom margin. Annotated in pencil. 

Plate 2 - torn in several places - top and upper sides, bottom margin. Annotated in pencil. 

Plate 3 - annotated in pencil and generally stained 

Plate 4 - annotated in pencil and generally stained 

Plate 5 - torn and repaired top left and mid right 

Plate 6 - annotated in pencil - foxing and staining to upper margin, a few bookworm holes to bottom margin
