both with turned wood ring handles, the larger of two with scalloped later mixing bowl, 27cm high x 32cm long x 17.5cm deep, and the smaller with hinged wood compartments with cut-glass mixing bowl, 26cm high x 29.5cm long x 15cm deep

Mother of pearl escutcheon: There is some dryness and marks to the surface. Small loss to the reverse. The interior appears to have been refit or restored. The lid of one side is loose.

Silver inset: In good overall condition. Feet possibly replaced. Handles possibly replaced. The interior has a good appearance, the bowl is not original. Some surface marks, light scratches and colour fading.
