late 18th/early 19th century, the lancet-shaped back with pierced splats, over a shaped seat, on cabriole front legs and turned rear legs joined by a crinoline stretcher, 106cm high x 55cm wide x 55cm deep

The chair has numerous old repairs/restorations, including an iron strap to the top at the back. There is evidence of old wood worm. Some chips and losses, including to the feet. Splits to the splats and rails. 

Width of the seat between the arms: 41cm.
