A NAPOLEON III EBONISED AND PARCEL GILT PIER CABINET

late 19th century, with elaborate ormolu pierced gallery atop, a glazed door to the centre flanked by angel mounts with two shelves within, decorated with heavy ormolu mounts throughout, terminating on an aproned plinth supported by castors, 147cm high (including shelf ) x 76cm long x 40cm deep

In predominantly good overall condition. A few surface marks and scratches with some areas of dryness/splitting to the ebonising. The gallery/shelf is secure however appears to have been pushed back slightly. There is wear where the door meets the base. Some marks/ring marks to the lined shelves inside. Castors replaced. Some tarnishing to metalwork throughout.
