mid-19th century, by Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London (un-numbered suggesting pre-1854), with tapering fullered blade, the forte on both sides etched and gilt against a blued ground, one side etched with a crown over foliate "VR" to one side and the other with a crowned fouled anchor and "ROYAL DOCKYARD BATTN.'', the gilt hilt with folding guard and lion's head pommel, wire bound dark fishskin grip, 82cm blade
