Meiji or later, late 19th or 20th century, lobed outline with segmented panels of stylised flowers and foliage, the flared finials on the lids mirroring the design, 40cm (2)

No obvious restoration or damage visible to the naked eye. Rubbing to some areas of the gilding but the majority still intact. No sign of repair to the finials. An attractive pair of vases with finely ribbed decoration.
