This lot is in good overall condition.
The upholstery has minor signs of wear especially to the edges of the seat and corners of the scrolled arms.
The underside of the seat cushion has a tear where the stitching has come apart reulting in loose threads, this cannot be seen from the top and does not affect the aethetics or purpose.
The feet and front wooden sections have minor chips and scratches commensurate with age.
