A VICTORIAN WALNUT STATIONERY BOX BY ASPREY OF LONDON

late 19th century, a silver monogram mounted to the sloped front of the letter box, fitted with two silver mounted cut glass ink wells and a turned stand to the front, a single frieze drawer beneath, on bun feet, 30cm high x 41cm wide x 34cm deep

This lot is in good country house condition.

There are minor chips to the corners of the plinth and areas where the joints have moved very sllghtly and are slightly off centre. There are minute chips to the pen tray and extremities.

There are rubs to the silver monograms on the glass ink wells. The lids are slightly dented.

There are minute chips to the bases of the glass of the ink wells.
