with yoke back rail and curvaceous arms, curved splat carved with a village in a mountainous backdrop, the rectangular seat with pierced fretwork beneath, terminating on geometric stretchers and feet, 103cm high (to rail) x 43.5cm (seat depth) x 5cm wide

The chair has some signs of wear consistent with age and use. There are splits to the seat. The back panel is slightly loose. There is wear concentrated around the feet, legs and stretchers. Evidence of worm to the feet. The front stretcher has been repaired. Some of the joints may have restorations or are quite crude in manufacture. Structurally sound.
