This lot is in good country house condition.
There is fading to the leather commensurate with age and some signs of wear.
There is some very minor rubbing to the back corners of the arms where they attach to the frame barely discernible.
The metalwork is rusted and discoloured/stained but this does not affect the aesthetics of functioning of the armchair.
