This lot is in good general order and condition.

The upholstery is lightly stained, and worn especially around the back rail and seat.
It is lightly sunbleached and has minor chips and knocks to extremities.
There are very minor scratches, dents and chips to the legs and arms commensurate with age.
One leg has a veneer repair and there is an old repair to one leg which is not evident from the front.
THe above does not detract from the aesthetics nor the stability of the chair.
