This lot is in good condition overall.
The piece has rubs and scuffs to extremities especially around the legs and scrolled arms.
The caning has one minor 'pull', one bullion tie back is stained in one localised area but this does not detract from the stability of aesthetics of the piece.
The upholstery is in good condition and has wear commensurate with use.
