early 18th century and later, with quarter veneered top and herring-bone banding, terminating on shaped bracket feet,125 high x 104cm wide x 56cm deep approx.

This lot is in good country house condition.

The top is stained and scratched and there are repairs to the veneers.

The piece has sun bleaching and on the superstructure ot the plinth there is water damage which has removed the patination.

There are splits to the side panels where the veneer has warped.

The bottom drawer has no bottom 

There are chips to veneers and repairs throughout and areas where the natural flaw of the wood is apparent with 'knots' etc.

The right hand bottom corner has an area where the wood has come away at the joints.
