Alfred Douglas Pass OBE DL (1885-1970),
and thence by descent.

Note: Attributions to John Scougal (1645-1730) or Sir John Baptist Medina (1659-1710) have previously been suggested.

Janet Ramsay (1652-1686) was the daughter of Sir Andrew Ramsay, Lord Abbotshall (1619-1688), Privy Counsellor, and the first Lord Provost of Edinburgh. Janet married Sir John Lauder, Lord Fountainhall (1646-1722) in 1669 and bore him six sons and four daughters, before dying at the young age of 33. She was interred 3rd March 1686 in the Lauder Burial Vault inside Greyfriars Church, Edinburgh, the same church she was baptised in. Lord Fountainhall remarried a year later and fathered a further six children.
