18th century, the 17cm gilt dial with silvered chapter ring, subsidiary second dial and strike/silent dials and with pierced spandrels to the movement with verge escapement, finely engraved back plate and repeating bell strike, contained in case with pagoda top, pineapple finials and pierced grille sides, 53cm high x 28cm wide x 19cm deep, with keys and service record

This clock has had various restoration and repairs as detailed in the notes sold with the lot. 

There is veneer cracking and wear commensurate with age and use.

The rear door is slightly warped. 

Some wear to gilded handle.

All pineapple finials are present but one is loose.
