late 18th/early 19th century, with a brass swan neck handle to the top, the cupboard doors opening to an interior fitted with baize lined bottle recesses and a series of small graduated drawers, partially complete with bottles and equipment, a single drawer beneath the cupboard, a latch to the interior opens a further slide to the reverse of the chest, revealing the 'poison' compartment, 58cm high x 35cm wide x 26cm deep
