Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

This lot is in good country house condition with minor chips to extremities

(a) The larger mirror is in a stable condition with original plate.

The mastic attaching the mirror to the frame has bled through resulting in black staining and discolouration throughout especially where the sections join at the corners.

There are two missing securing pins to two corners.

(b) The smaller mirror will need repair to stabilise and it is not fit for hanging.

All four corners have lost their securing pins. The mastic has bled through and stained the mirror significantly. There has been some rusting of metal (probably the pins) which has left dark brown patches.

The back is unstable.
