The cloisonne is heavily pitted throughout, with some larger areas of enamel loss. The gilt is rubbed, particularly to the edges and foot. The base is scratched and there are small knocks/dents to the edges. Small areas of metal tarnishing and signs of verdigris. The marks are worn and there is considerable further wear evident.
