The brooch is in good condition with no signs of damage, heavy wear or repair. The diamonds are all present and in good condition with no signs of chips or abrasions. The principal diamonds are estimated to be I/J colour and Si clarity. The stone is loupe-clean but there is a small natural cleavage mark to one of the crown facets. The rest of the diamonds are estimated to range from H-J colour and VS-Si clarity. The silver has some tarnish to it, commensurate with age. The gold has no signs of heavy scratches. The pin clasp is in good condition and functions well.
