19th century, with worn velvet covers, on tapered block front legs with castors, 90cm high x 82cm wide x 86cm deep

There are chips, and scratches commensurate with age particularly to the extremities such as the feet.

The upholstery is very dirty and worn in places .

There is evidence of insect damage.

The legs are scratched and the castors to the front later.

The chair is stable but on the underside the hessian is coming away from the chair and the coiled springs are evident, but only when upturned.
