Appears to be in good overall condition. Some splitting to the veneer and moulding. Slight loss/wear around the lower escutcheon. The upper left moulding/corbel is slightly loose. There is a section of moulding from the base broken off but present. The cupboards beneath are shelved. Some fading of colour and overall wear.

The item splits in half for easier transportation. 

No screws present to join to and bottom.
