Provenance: Formerly in the collection of the late Roger Peers (1932-2023), Curator of the Dorset County Museum between 1959 and 1992.
According to an inscription verso this work was given to Roger Peers by Ann Dannatt on Wednesday 9th December 2009, after completing a photographic record of George's studio, following his death on the 17th November of that year.
