This lot is in good condition with wear commensurate with age and use. There are surface scratches and fading from sunlight.
There are veneer losses (minor overall particularly to the extremities) throughout.
The ebonised areas of black have been scratched on the legs and side panels.
There appears to some old repairs to the two back corners of the sofa.
The seat on one chair is stained and on the sofa the the under seat beneath the cushions is stained. Some studs/hob nails are missing
None of the above affects the stability or aesthetics. The furniture is stable and fit for purpose.
