One of the candle stick chairs is in need of repair, it has snapped where the back rest meets the seat, consequently the seat has some cracks. The remaining candle stick chairs are in good functional condition, with expected surface wear and discolouration commensurate with age. The yoke back chairs are in similar functional condition with surface wear. The carver with darkened discolouration to the top rail, the other with slight play in the back support.
