circa 1830, the octagonal top inset with a tooled leather surface, the frieze with eight geometrically moulded drawers, on turned legs with fine foliate carved capitals and conforming spandrels decorated with trailing foliage and fruit, 81cm high x 135cm wide

There are multiple splits to the top. The leather inset surface is worn, lifting and damaged. There is surface wear throughout and light marks/scratching to the timber. The carving is good and well pronounced. There are several turned finials missing from the base of the spandrels. Wear, knocks and scratches concentrated around the feet and legs. Areas of dryness. Some of the drawers are sticky.
