The painting bears some visible damage and wear. Picture surface is stable, but there is craquelure throughout, as well as areas of wear and abrasion around the edges of the canvas. There is also some unevenness to areas of the canvas that may be bitumen related. The painting would benefit from being cleaned. Please see additional images available on request.
