The mirror appears to be in fair condition. There is foxing throughout the plate, in particular to the borders. There are scratches to the glass and plate. Small areas of darkened discolouration are present to the plate, in particular to the upper right. There are small chips and minor losses throughout the gilt. A larger section has separated to the lower left of the inner gilt column. Many surface splits are present throughout the gilt.
Due to nature of the mirrors mount we unfortunately are unable to inspect the back of the item.
