Both chairs have heavily distressed covers and upholstery, with discolouration and tears throughout. Both items appear structurally sound, the legs and castors are all in reasonable condition commensurate with age, use and storage. The springs and stuffing of each item would benefit from repair and restoration.
Both items could do with a good clean and a reupholster.
One castor of the chaise-lounge appears to have been replaced.
