The top hat is worn and tired, the leather band is discoloured and the fabric is thinning. The box is likewise worn and tired, the metal clasps tarnished.
The sombrero is worn, there is a white build up/mould to the rim, thinning throughout to the fabric, and tarnishing to the metal thread. The box is similarly worn and tired.
